SAFETY FIRST
The Art Annex will be carefully following current CDC and local guidance, and will update our policies as necessary.
We consider the health, safety and well-being of our students and employees in all of our classes. Tools and surfaces are cleaned between classes, the door is kept open (weather permitting), and we use a HEPA filter air purifier and fans to clean and circulate air at all times. We no longer be doing health checks at the door prior to entry for each class, but are keeping an eye on rising COVID rates.
Masks are currently optional in all of our classes.
If your child tests positive, please follow the current NYC Dept of Education guidelines. If the DoE changes their guidelines, we will follow suit. If your child tests positive the same day they were in class with us or the following day, please let us know.
